Rules and Regulations for Membership at Qeshm Virtual Airline.

1. Applicants must provide a valid email address. Registrations with an un-deliverable email address will simply be deleted, as Qeshm Virtual Airline has no way of contacting applicant. Please take a moment to check all spelling before submitting.
2) Qeshm Virtual Airline is always looking for new pilots of all experience levels to join our community.
2.1) Applicant must be over the age of 16.
2.2) Full name (first and last) upon registration must be provided. Applicants must submit their true identity. Not submitting your true identity will result in termination of membership.
2.3) The pilot must show professionalism within the organization and when conducting Online Operations.
2.4) Valid and active email address must be maintained on file.
2.5) All registrations must be submitted by the pilot applying not by anyone else on behalf of the applying pilot.
2.6) Pilots must not be abusive or threatening towards other pilots or staff, failure to comply will result in being removed from the virtual airline without notice.
2.7) All New pilots must complete there first flight within 7 days of signing up or they will be removed from the airline.
2.8) The pilot must to be present Just in one Virtual airline.
3) Company Rules:
3.1) Pilots shall fly a minimum of 6 online flights on IVAO per month.
3.2) All flights must be done on-line on the IVAO network.
3.3) Every QSM flight is required to be flown with a simulation speed of 1x.
3.4) While flying in IVAO, you should add the following to the remarks section of your flight plan: “IVAOVA/QSM”.
3.5) Must use a booking flight number for your Trip in IVAP Box on IVAO network.
3.6) Landing Rate Evaluations:
-1 to -120 = Kiss Landing
-121 to -220: Nice Landing
-221 to -320: Normal
3.7) As an IVAO Partner VA, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Thus, we will never publicly publish our pilots’ last names or their other personal information. However, we may collect their full name, email address, IVAO VID and rank for internal use.
3.8) According to the IVAO R&R F.5.4.2, all pilots, whatever their country or nationality, have the right to access and/or delete all of the data mentioned above.
4) Registration
4.1) You must pass the theatrical exam.
4.2) You should achieve 70 point at least, if you want to join us!
